We do undertake the repair of reactor of waste tyre pyrolysis plant. The production capacity of reactor may vary from 5 Ton to 15 Ton. We undertake manufacturing of new reactor of 2600 OD and 2800 OD of length ranging from 5000 mm to 7500 mm. The plates used are of grade SA 516 Gr 70, IBR Form IV, UT 578B, etc.

Waste Tyre pyrolysis plant is used for extraction from old/scrap tyre. Tyre Pyrolysis recycles used tyres into valuable product like fuel-oil and carbon black by using a process called pyrolysis.
